Hypermarket Inauguration Launch Campaign

Making a Dashing Market Entry

Brief

The client, a new hypermarket, wanted to make a strong and memorable market entry. The goal was to attract a large crowd for the inauguration and create a buzz that would make the launch event viral, ensuring a successful start in a competitive market.

What We Did

We devised a creative and engaging campaign titled "Why This Tomato?" The central element of the campaign was an invitation in the form of a tomato-shaped door hanger. When opened, the door hanger revealed the hypermarket’s promise: all groceries were pre-sorted and selected for freshness, so customers could confidently pick any item, knowing it would be fresh. This unique and playful approach not only caught attention but also communicated the brand's commitment to quality.

The door hanger invitations were distributed to thousands of households in the surrounding areas, creating intrigue and excitement. The campaign was further amplified through social media and local advertising, driving anticipation for the launch day.

Results

The campaign exceeded all expectations, drawing in three times more visitors than anticipated. The unique "Why This Tomato?" concept went viral, with customers sharing their excitement on social media, further boosting the hypermarket's visibility. The launch event was a massive success, firmly establishing the hypermarket as a key player in the market from day one.
